Family sessions are all about capturing the beautiful, messy, joyful moments that make your crew uniquely yours. Whether you're wrangling toddlers, chasing giggles, or just soaking in the togetherness, this experience is designed to feel fun, relaxed, and real. The photos we create will tell your family’s story—and the session itself becomes a memory you’ll cherish just as much as the images.

1. How many pictures will i receive?

Although I do not have a photo limit, you can expect a minimum of 15 photos from all my base packages. I am a chronic over-shooter and don't want to limit the amount you receive. You will get all the best images delivered to you in your gallery.

2. How should i dress for our session?

The number one rule: wear something comfortable! If you wear something that doesn't feel comfortable, your focus will be on your wardrobe, rather than enjoying yourself and it will show in your images. Comfort = Confidence and when you feel confident, you look your best. I will send out a session guide for particular sessions, if you receive one from me, be sure to refer to the guide for helpful suggestions.

3. How long till I receive the final photos?

Depending on the time of year-- during busy season, turn around time will take longer than average. Refer to your signed contract for your delivery date. If unforeseen delays arise, I will reach out immediately. Otherwise, you can expect your gallery to be delivered no later than the date in the contract.

4. i don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

That is totally fine and understandable. Sometimes when you feel too posed, it is awkward. I like my photos to show some movement to help you relax. What that means is most photos you will be doing something, not just sitting in a stiff position for every shot.

5. What is your cancellation policy?

If the Client cancels the event for any reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require full payment of the remaining balance, as the Photographer may have turned away other clients for this date.

6. What is your rescheduling policy?

The Client may reschedule the event once without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the original date. Rescheduling within 14 days may incur additional fees to cover any potential conflicts with the Photographer's schedule. If the Client arrives late to the session, the Photographer is not obligated to extend the session beyond the original end time, as this could disrupt subsequent appointments.

7. Do you do events?

Yes! Although I don't have a specific place on my website about events, I am always willing to work with you to see how we can make your vision come to life. Pricing will be dependent on what you are looking for and how long you need a photographer.

8. do you offer gift certificates?

I do! Gifting a photo session to someone is such a meaningful gift to give. Not only are you gifting them professional photos, but you're also gifting them an experience to make more sweet memories. Gift certificates make wonderful mother's day, Christmas, and birthday gifts.
